Having 13 years of previous experience in this industry we have now been working successfully with independent schools in London for the past five years providing a safe service in many bus routes.
Our aim is to bring our tailor-made service to schools, offering specially trained chaperones who act as the first point of call during any issues or emergencies that can arise. BizzyBus will work together with each school to help provide more efficient and safer school bus routes.
With our experience and well-motivated team, it is possible for us to provide and develop a high quality, safe and efficient transport service for children using the school bus.
Bizzybus receives feedback from each chaperone about any issues occurring on their bus route, either related to children, driver, the state of the bus or the bus route itself. We then discuss how these issues can be dealt with or our service improved. We report to the school any incidents that happen inside the bus during the school run e.g. if there is a case of misconduct that might need to be reported to a parent. We communicate any important issue to the school and worked together to solve any problem.
We have developed a school transport app, Buswise, which improves the efficiency and safety of the school bus run. Our new technology has been built with features based on problems we have been observing over the years, mainly through our school bus chaperone service. Buswise app gives the schools complete control over their school’s transport system by bringing together realtime tracking, communication, route amendments and schedule management all in one places.
