Marta Baschwitz - Managing Director
Marta has 13 years of previous experience in school transport: managing school buses; dealing with parents bookings, and recruiting and training bus assistants for independent schools in London.
Her main focus now is to establish and maintain relationships with schools and work closely with their head of transport/ head of safeguarding to create a service that fits the schools' individual needs. But about all, that the schools comply with the safety and safeguarding regulations inside the school buses.
Shukran Fetahi - Manager of Passenger Assistants
Shukran has now been managing our team for the past 5 years. She has had 4 years of previous experience as a passenger assistant before moving into her management role. Her main focus is to train school bus chaperones, ensure continuous monitoring of our service and the development of safeguarding procedures. She is also a point of contact for schools in emergencies and administrative procedures, including ensuring that all schools are sent the corresponding legal documents of each bus chaperone.
Carlota Veal Baschwitz - Assistant Executive Director
Carlota has 5 years experience working at Bizzybus. Co-led the development of our new tailor-made school transport app. She is involved in direct client meetings, stakeholder negotiations including preparation of financial information and reports. She previously worked for us as Human Resources Assistant: Supported the development and recruitment of school passenger assistants and Administration support, upholding legal compliance, day-to-day office management.
Our School Bus Assistants
Our valuable team of school bus assistants are each individually trained for this job. Their main role is to supervise children on the school bus and ensure their safety throughout the journey. They communicate daily with parents and schools and can provide instant feedback if there are any issues with the service being provided.
