We take our position very seriously and have designed our own, training, equipment and safeguarding elements in house.
We employ the right chaperone for each particular bus route, obtain the correct and legal documentation Including Enhanced DBS checks etc.
We supervise and manage our chaperones to deliver the highest level of service:
- 10 years of experience supplying chaperones.
- Dedicated chaperone manager who permanently supervises the team and bus route.
- We immediately supply replacement chaperones if required.
- We work together with schools on strategies to deal with misbehaviour, safety on the bus, emergencies and promoting the safeguarding policy of the school.
- We give our chaperones tools so they can communicate daily with schools and parents.
